Basic concepts:
"Personal data" - all information we process during the recruitment process.
"Processing" - all activities performed on the personal data provided.

Purpose and legal basis for data processingThe scope of personal data that is processed depends on the information that will be provided to us in the sent application, which includes the content of the documents, information on how to submit them, as well as information provided during the recruitment procedure.
We do not require placing a different scope of personal data than it results from Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code, i.e .: first name and last name,parents' names, date of birth, place of residence (correspondence address),education, the course of previous employment,additional permissions, skills, interests (relevant for recruitment),other data, if the obligation to provide them results from separate regulations. Providing other data will not condition participation in the recruitment process.
All data is provided voluntarily, but the lack of consent, which allows for the evaluation of the candidature or contact, will mean the inability to effectively participate in the recruitment process.
Personal data obtained for the purposes of the recruitment process are processed on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC of 27 April 2016In any case, the purpose of data processing is:evaluation of the candidature in terms of the requirements for the position indicated in the job advertisement under which the application was sent or in order to conduct future recruitment for similar positions, submitting a cooperation offer and concluding a contract, if the requirements for a given position are met,demonstrating compliance of the recruitment procedure with the law.You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has already been carried out on its basis.
Period of personal data storage
The data obtained for the purpose of carrying out individual recruitments for a specific job position are processed for a period of 6 months from the end of the recruitment process, i.e. until the conclusion of a contract with the selected candidate. This period allows you to complete the trial period and confirm that the position has actually been taken.
Data processed on the basis of consent to participate in future recruitment (including recruitment conducted on a continuous basis).
The data is processed until the consent is withdrawn or until the purpose (employment) is achieved, but not longer than 2 years from its granting.T he above periods may be extended as necessary, in the event of possible claims and court proceedings, for the duration of these proceedings and their settlement, and also if the law in certain cases obliges us to process them longer.
Access to personal data
Only authorized employees of Granqvists Manufacturing Sp. z o.o. insofar as it is necessary for the performance of their duties.
Granqvists Manufacturing Sp. z o.o. may be required, if there is a legal basis for it, to provide certain information to public authorities for the purposes of their proceedings.
Rights related to data processing
All requests regarding the exercise of rights related to the processing of personal data should be sent to the address rodo@granqvistsmanufacturing.pl. We recommend that you use the same e-mail address that was provided for contact when submitting the recruitment application.
We recommend that you enter "GDPR request" in the subject of the e-mail, and specify in the content which right you want to exercise.
